Maine has something for everyone- from its stunning coastline, mountains, and untouched wilderness, to its quaint main street downtown locations; and don’t forget the incredible seafood! Sarah is proud to help others find their own slice of the state that so many enjoy.
About Sarah Carson
A Maine native, Sarah Carson was born and raised in Central Maine in the town of Waterville. After graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she moved to the Portland area.
Before beginning her journey in real estate, Sarah worked in the corporate banking industry, where she helped consumer and small business clients achieve their financial goals. It was here that Sarah realized her passion for helping people reach their goals, strong communication skills, and her natural ability to establish sincere relationships could propel her in the real estate world.
In 2016, Sarah entered the world of real estate, most recently having worked on one of Maine’s top-producing real estate teams as an exclusive buyers agent. Sarah joined Portside Real Estate Group as her entity in September of 2021, where she can serve both buyers and sellers. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with clients and helping families through the home buying and selling process.

Sarah Carson lives in Portland, Maine, with her husband Dustin, daughter Georgia, and Maine Lab Rescue pets Kona and Kai. She enjoys spending time at her camp on Great Pond in Belgrade, Maine, and exploring everything the beautiful state of Maine has to offer.

Community Involvement
Sarah is a proud member of BNI, the world’s leading referral networking program designed to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships. She is the Secretary/Treasurer of her local BNI chapter and has been a member since 2017.
Sarah is honored to be involved in the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute. The mission of the Institute is to raise the confidence and aspirations of high school girls in Maine by helping them develop the skills required to be leaders in their lives, families, careers, and communities. She is currently supporting the class of 2025 as an “Olympia’s Leader Advisor” mentoring and teaching a cohort of high school girls grades 10-12 as they develop their leadership skills, voice, values, and confidence.
