About Sarah Carson
A Maine native, Sarah was born and raised in Central Maine in the town of Waterville. After graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she moved to the Portland area before ultimately settling in Belgrade—at the heart of Maine’s beautiful Lakes and Mountains region.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Sarah worked in the corporate banking industry, where she helped consumer and small business clients achieve their financial goals. She entered the real estate world in 2016 and quickly established herself as a trusted and dedicated professional, consistently ranking in the top 20% of agents at her company.
Sarah brings a strong commitment to building lasting relationships, delivering superior representation, and helping families navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence and care.
When she’s not working with clients, Sarah enjoys spending time on the lake at her family’s camp on Great Pond, entertaining friends, and exploring all that Maine’s outdoors has to offer.

Community Involvement
Sarah has previously been involved with her local BNI chapter, where she served as Secretary/Treasurer, and with the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute., supporting high school girls as they developed leadership skills and confidence. She now serves as Secretary of the Kenneth Workman Youth Sports Program in Belgrade, part of the Belgrade Recreation Department, which is dedicated to providing safe, healthy activities for local children and strengthening community connections.
